March of the Gargoyles- Big Band Jazz
From the Berklee College Recording Band of 1979 this features Ralph Moore (the Tonight Show) and Akio Ueda on tenor saxes, Frank Macchia and Eric Marienthal (Chick Corea) on alto saxes as soloists, as well as Eric Gunnison (Manhattan Transfer). Other players in the Herb Pomeroy-led band include: Trumpets- Mike Plumleigh, Mike Peipman, Marc Kupferberg; Trombones- Kevin Haines, Kenny Crane, Lenny Peterson; Bari Sax- Glen Sargeant; Drums- Tim Horner. This piece won a Down Beat Magazine DB Award for Jazz Composition.

Featuring Patrick Maier on vocal, this also features a great band with Mike Hyman on drums, John Rosenberg on piano, John Hettel on bass, and soloist Steve Campos on trumpet. Also in the band are Marvin McFadden, Mike Plumleigh and Brian Booth on trumpets; Terry Russell, Rick Walsh and Kevin Porter- trombones; Kent Ingram, french horn; John Hoy guitar; and Frank Macchia on all saxes.

Theme from Longshot- Pop Instrumental
This was the main title for a small independent film Frank composed the score for many years ago, and features Tom Bethke on acoustic guitar and Frank on clarinet.

Hazardous To Your Health- Big Band Jazz
This 16 minute opus was the underscore for a story in "Little Evil Things Vol. 4" and features Wayne Bergeron and Larry Hall on trumpets; Alex Iles and Ken Kugler on trombones; Frank on saxes and woodwinds; Doug Lyons on french horn and Bob Harsin on drums.

The Day I Lost My Mind/Romp & Stomp- Jazz Fusion
This twisted ditty features Rodney Smith on lead vocal for the first half (plus drums) and Mike Hatfield on lead vocal for the second half (plus vibes, keyboards and percussion). Also featured are Mike Peipman, trumpet; Rick Walsh, trombone; Frank Macchia sax; Rick Myers, guitar; Tom Lockett, bass.
